Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on the shipping location and local carrier services. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
You can create an account during checkout or by selecting the account registration option on the website. Simply enter your email address and create a password to set up your account. Having an account makes it easier to view order history and save your information for future purchases.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact contact@merocotoys.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you when available. Please allow a few business days for the tracking details to update after shipment.
No, MEROCO does not store your full credit card information on file. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers to help protect your personal and financial information.
Sales tax may be applied depending on your shipping destination and local tax regulations. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin a return request, please contact contact@merocotoys.com. Certain items, such as final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
If you received the wrong item, please contact contact@merocotoys.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item received so the issue can be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact contact@merocotoys.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Please do not send any return items until your return request has been approved. Once your return is authorized, return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by email.
