Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

At MEROCO, customer satisfaction is important. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • be returned in the original packaging
  • not be marked as final sale or non-returnable

A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to complete any return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • items marked as final sale
  • gift cards
  • downloadable or digital products
  • items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return Process

To start a return, please contact contact@merocotoys.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact contact@merocotoys.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution will be arranged.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact contact@merocotoys.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment method again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
