At MEROCO, every order is carefully prepared to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be slightly longer during:
- holidays
- peak shopping seasons
- promotional periods
- unexpected shipping delays
Once an order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
Shipping Rates
Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders over $50.00.
For orders under $50.00, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local courier services.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada, Europe, Australia: 7–15 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local postal delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
MEROCO ships to customers worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country, so it is recommended to check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment, as carrier systems may require time to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@merocotoys.com.
While every effort will be made to update the shipping details before dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If a package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. In some cases, tracking may pause temporarily while the package is in transit.
If an order appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact contact@merocotoys.com and we will review the issue.
Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged, please contact contact@merocotoys.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Split Shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or package size. If this happens, each shipment will have its own tracking information when available.
